While I agree with the sentiment of the piece, it seems to be the beginning of a much larger argument. Clearly if communism is to mean anything today it is to a way of talking about the commons - but so what? And obviously the left ought to take any opportunity it may have at power, no matter the situation - but again how does that help develop a praxis, revolutionary or otherwise? To me this piece demonstrates once again the limits of Zizek for a left theory or politics. I assume you would disagree but I am curious? As always, thanks for the discussion.
